Bus Rapid Transit gave an update on the Swift Orange Line at a city council meeting on Sept. 24.
Swift Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is frequent; every 10 minutes on weekdays, every 20 minutes on evenings and weekends. Officials says it has proven to be fast and reliable with lane priority and quick stops at stations. BRT has fully accessible stations with ticket machines, real-time bus arrival information, multiple doors for entering and exiting, and bike racks onboard.
