Volunteers needed to fill vacancy on Park board

The City of Mill Creek has applications for volunteers with a background or interest in landscaping, recreation, interlocal agreements or other similar interests to fill a vacancy on the Parks and Recreation Board.

This is a mid-term appointment expiring on Oct. 31, 2020. Full terms are three years.

The vacancy was created when board member Stephanie Vignal was appointed to serve the on the city council to replace Jared Mead. Who was elected to serve the 44th District in the state Legislature in Olympia.
