New coach takes over the Wildcats | Wrestling

The Archbishop Murphy wrestling team heads into the 2018-19 season with some proven talent and promising newcomers but low overall numbers.
The Wildcats also are welcoming a new head coach who is a familiar face in the wrestling community Gustavo Anaya.
Anaya previously was head coach at Jackson, Lynnwood and Juanita high schools. He takes over for former coach Blaine Gilchrist-Smith, who retired from coaching and teaching. Anaya also was Gilchrist-Smith’s successor at Jackson.
