Archbishop Murphy’s freshmen are helping to lead the charge.
With only seven upperclassmen four seniors and three juniors eight Wildcat freshmen are shouldering significant responsibilities and have responded well to the challenge.
Three weeks into the Wesco 3A girls soccer season, Archbishop Murphy (3-0-1 in the league, 4-1-1) currently is in a tie for second place in the league with Shorecrest (3-0-1, 4-0-2) and 2A rival Cedarcrest (3-0-0, 4-0-0).
The Wildcats posted victories over Stanwood (2-1), Marysville-PIlchuck (2-1) and Everett (5-1) along with a 1-1 tie with Snohomish....
