Revitalized Timberwolves off to a successful start | Boys soccer

The Jackson boys soccer team is demonstrating that a little bit of experience can go a long way.

With a lineup that includes almost everyone from last year’s team, the Timberwolves are off to their best start in five years with a 3-2-1 league record and a 5-2-1 overall mark.

The Wolfpack currently are one of five teams battling for the top spot in the Wesco 4A after Monday night’s 0-0 tie with defending league champion Glacier Peak. Jackson handed co-league leader Kamiak (4-1-1, 6-1-1) its only loss of the season – 1-0 – on Tuesday, March 27.
