A.B.C. Class – Agility, Balance, Coordination – Join us for a class that will challenge your balance and coordination and have fun while doing it. Statistics show that “one in three people over the age of 65 will fall in the coming year. If you’re over the age of 80, one out of two will fall.” Continuous classes 10:30-11:30 a.m. Fridays. One time visit $12/four-week pass $40.
