Archbishop Murphy's Williams named 2A MVP

Archbishop Murphy’s Matt Williams was named the Class 2A's Most Valuable Player by the Washington State Soccer Coaches Association.
Williams, a senior forward, helped lead the Wildcats to their third straight state championship in May. Williams was named the state’s Gatorade Player of the Year.
Also named to the first team were teammates Sam Johnson (junior midfielder), Diego Rios (senior defender) and Ryan Henderson (senior defender). Jensen Crisler (senior forward) earned honorable mention recognition.
In Class 4A, Glacier Peak’s Keegan Rubio (junior midfielder) and Camron Miller (senior defender) were second-team selections.
