5K to benefit anti-trafficking cause | Sports briefs

The eighth annual Seek Out and Stop Child Trafficking 5k event is scheduled for Saturday, May 13, in Shoreline.

The World Concern S.O.S. 5K is a family event that raises awareness and funds to stop child trafficking and exploitation by seeking out vulnerable children and keeping them safe.

Whether you support a runner, or run yourself, your donation protects children at risk, surrounding them with a hedge of protection that includes safe havens for children to heal, learn and grow, opportunities for education, and the knowledge to stay safe.
