Police to offer safety tips for runners and bikers

The Traffic Unit of the Mill Creek Police Department will host a seminar on pedestrian, runner and bicycle safety on Saturday, Jan. 28, beginning at 11a.m. in the City Council Chambers at 15728 Main Street.
The 90-minute presentation has been designed to assist all pedestrians and bicyclists with being safe on the road. Information provided will include pedestrian and bicyclist rights and responsibilities, laws, understanding of emergency calls placed to 911 via mobile devices, and pedestrian/bicyclist visibility.
