Wildcats fall to Knights | Boys basketball

Archbishop Murphy played one of its best games of the season but wasn’t able to come away with the victory against King’s.

With Gonzaga-bound Corey Kispert cheering from the bench due to an injury, King’s defeated the Wildcats 60-53 in a Cascade Conference boys basketball game Jan. 6 at King’s High School.

Kispert was in street clothes with a walking boot due to a sore foot, according to King’s coach Rick Skeen.

In his absence, Josh Frohardt scored a game-high 24 points and Chewy Zevenbergen added 17 points for the Knights.
