Oct. 12

Trespass/Resisting Arrest – 16300 BLK BOTHELL EVERETT HWY.

A 52-year-old man was arrested and booked into Snohomish County Jail for Criminal Trespassing and Resisting Arrest.

Oct. 13

Vehicle Prowl – 13500 BLK 43RD AVE. SE

A 50-year-old Mill Creek resident reported her daughter's unlocked vehicle prowled overnight. A debit card was taken from within the vehicle and used fraudulently.

Oct. 14

Drugs – 13900 BLK NORTH CREEK DR.

Officers contacted a suspicious vehicle and arrested both subjects on warrants. A small amount of heroin was recovered during a search of the vehicle. The male was accepted for booking at the county jail, but the female was not as there were concerns from the jail staff that she would suffer heroin withdrawals while in custody.

Oct. 15

Verbal Domestic – 13500 BLK NORTH CREEK DR.

2 roommates, a 36-year-old man and woman who had previously dated, were arguing about property and sleeping arrangements. No assault occurred.

Oct. 16

Theft – 900 BLK 164TH ST. SE

An officer interrupted a theft in progress. A 46-year-old man from Everett returned the items and was arrested for an outstanding warrant. The arrestee was booked into Snohomish County Jail.

Domestic Violence – 13500 BLK NORTH CREEK DR.

Officers responded to a domestic violence incident in which the suspect kicked in the front door of the residence during a heated argument. The suspect fled the apartment before officers arrived, but with the assistance of the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, he was apprehended at his residence in North Lake Stevens, then booked at Snohomish County Jail

Oct. 17

Theft – 16300 BLK BOTHELL EVERETT HWY.

Officers responded to a theft in progress, and a male was detained during an investigation into the theft. Probable cause was developed for the theft of over $500 worth of merchandise. The male was then arrested and booked into Lynnwood Jail.

Oct. 18

Theft – 14400 BLK NORTH CREEK DR.

Police responded to a burglary report after several tools and a golf cart were reported stolen.

Oct. 19

Theft – 15800 BLK MILL CREEK BLVD.

Mill Creek Police responded to city-wide reports of suspected mail theft. A large number of secure cluster mailboxes were illegally accessed overnight with a stolen U.S. Postal Service key.

Oct. 20

Possession – 16300 BLK BOTHELL EVERETT HWY.

Officers conducted a traffic stop, and arrested the driver for possession of heroin.

Warrants – 13700 BLK NORTH CREEK DR.

Officers stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation. The driver, a 19-year-old Mill Creek man, was arrested for two warrants and driving while license suspended. The passenger, a 25-year-old Mill Creek man, was arrested on a warrant. Both were booked into Snohomish County Jail.

Oct. 21

Burglary – 15700 BLK MILL CREEK BLVD.

A business was burglarized and several neighboring businesses were victims of attempted burglaries. Through investigation, the suspect was identified, arrested and booked into Snohomish County Jail.

Theft – 3200 BLK 132ND ST. SE

A Mill Creek officer responded for a report of theft of liquor from a local business. The clerk obtained the license plate of the fleeing vehicle, the officer located the residence, and a juvenile female was arrested for the theft.

Oct. 22

Theft – 900 BLK 164TH ST. SE

A Mill Creek officer responded to a hit and run collision in the 16400 block of Mill Creek Blvd. A female from Bothell was struck while traveling through the Intersection, and the striking vehicle did not stop and exchange information. Investigation pending.

Theft – 900 BLK 164TH ST. SE

A transient male consumed some food products inside a business. When confronted, he ran out of the store where he was arrested by officers. The male resisted arrest before being booked into Snohomish County Jail.

Counterfeit – 15200 BLK MAIN ST.

Officers took a report of a counterfeit $100 being passed at a business. The case is under investigation.

Oct. 23

Vehicle Prowl – 14500 BLK NORTH CREEK DR.

Officers responded to a vehicle prowl of three vehicles that just occurred. An officer located a vehicle matching the description provided, and found the vehicle had been reported stolen. Officers attempted to perform a traffic stop, however the vehicle then fled from officers, and a short vehicle pursuit ensued. The vehicle was occupied by two male suspects who subsequently ran from the vehicle. One 42-year-old man from Mukilteo was located and arrested; the driver of the vehicle was not located.

Domestic Violence – 14100 BLK NORTH CREEK DR.

Officers responded to a report of domestic violence where a female reported she had been assaulted by her ex-husband.

Oct. 24

Court Order Violation – 13400 BLK DUMAS RD.

Officers contacted two subjects passed out in a vehicle. Officers discovered that the male involved in the incident had violated a court order by being in the presence of the female. During a consent search of the vehicle, officers discovered a high-end boat outboard motor which had likely been stolen.

Oct. 25

Drugs – 13700 BLK SEATTLE HILL RD.

An officer contacted a suspicious vehicle and saw narcotics and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. After a consent search of the vehicle, numerous drug paraphernalia items were located. Subsequently, a 31-year-old man from Snohomish was arrested and booked into Snohomish County Jail for felony drug possession. A 20-year-old man from Marysville was arrested for Providing False Statement to a Public Servant.

DUI – 13100 BLK 35TH AVE. SE

Officers stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation. The 32-year-old Everett woman driver was intoxicated and led the officers on a pursuit that ended in the 200 block of 111th St SE. The woman was booked into jail for Eluding, DUI and Malicious Mischief 3rd Degree.
