Aug. 24

Burglary – 16000 blk Bothell Everett Hwy.

A business was burglarized when the building was entered and the suspect attempted to break open a vending machine.

Burglary Attempt – 16300 blk Mill Creek Blvd.

A small business owner reported someone left a burglary tool in her door during an attempted break-in sometime overnight. This was the third attempt at this business in the past week.

Hit & Run – 15100 blk Main St.

A witness to a hit & run observed a vehicle strike another and then flee the scene. The witness was able to obtain a license plate number and assist the victim.

Aug. 25

Theft – 16300 blk Bothell Everett Hwy.

A business reported their tip jar, along with the day’s tips, were stolen by a man who fled on a bicycle.

Aug. 28

Warrants – 15500 blk Main St.

Officers contacted a subject in the Town Center who was exhibiting signs of methamphetamine intoxication. Although the subject refused to identify himself, one of the officers recognized him from a previous contact. Officers discovered he was wanted for numerous felony warrants and he was taken into custody.

Aug. 31

Hit & Run – 1900 blk 132nd St. SE

Officers took a report incident in which the fleeing vehicle struck a Microsoft commuter bus. The bus was equipped with cameras that recorded the suspect vehicle’s license plate. Officers have identified a suspect.

Possession – 13600 blk 28th Dr. SE

Two Mill Creek men were arrested for possession of marijuana while under 21 years old. One was booked for possession with intent to distribute.

Sept. 1

DUI – 16300 blk Bothell Everett Hwy.

Police responded to a report of a possible DUI in a business parking lot. They contacted a 28-year-old Edmonds man who was discovered to have active warrants for his arrest. While officers were taking him into custody, the suspect fled on foot; however, after a short foot chase through morning rush hour traffic, the man was captured.

Rape – 3200 blk 150th Pl. SE

An 18-year-old Mill Creek resident reported a rape that occurred about two years ago.

Sept. 2

Assault – 1100 blk Mill Creek Blvd.

A Mill Creek woman was arrested for punching her boyfriend.

Theft – 15000 blk Main St.

A 65-year-old male reported someone had entered his locker and took a credit card from his wallet. The card was subsequently used at three different stores before he was able to close the account.

Sept. 3

Assault – 2100 blk 162nd Pl. SE

A 56-year-old male reportedly assaulted a 59-year-old female.

Sept. 5

Burglary – 16300 blk Mill Creek Blvd.

Officers responded to a commercial burglary in which two businesses were broken into overnight.

Vehicle Prowl – 1500 blk 166th Pl. SE

Officers responded to a vehicle prowl in which items were stolen from two separate vehicles.

Sept. 6

Court Order Violation – 15200 blk Main St.

A suspect fled on foot when officers arrived to investigate a court order violation. A canine team searched for the suspect, but failed to locate him.
