Mill Creek Police Chief Greg Elwin took full advantage of the warm days of spring to get behind the wheel of his powerboat on the Puget Sound. The chief was quick to remind residents to brush up on safety regulations and be sure all of your equipment is ready for a summer under the sun. The chief follows his own advice whether he is cruising the San Juan Islands on his boat or touring the back roads of Skagit and Whatcom counties on his motorcycle.
